Our apartments are only 50 meters away from the beach and sea.

Only a half an hour drive form Zadar and even less from airport which is outside Zadar.

Donji Karin

Donji Karin is a small place located around the Karin sea belonging to district of a nearby town Benkovac.

Surounded by a beautiful pine forest Donji Karin is a perfect place for a relaxing family vacation.Donji Karin and Gornji Karin together have a population of 121 people.River Karišnjica separates the two places.

Plitvice Lakes

Plitvice Lakes National Park is one of the oldest and largest national parks in Croatia.The national park was founded in 1949 and is situated in the mountainous karst area of central Croatia.The protected area extends over 296.85 square kilometres

Each year, more than 1 million visitors are recorded.Entrance is subject to variable charges, up to 250 kuna or around €34 per adult per day in the summer. From Karin it takes about an hour drive to get there.

Zrmanja river

Zrmanja is a river in southern Lika and northern Dalmatia, Croatia. It is 69 km long and its basin covers an area of 907 km2. Located close to south end of Velebit mountain it flows into the Adriatic Sea in the bay named Novigradsko more.

For those who are into extreme sports, rafting trips on Zrmanja take place in spring and autumn, while kayaks and canoes are used during low water level period of July and August

Zadar

Zadar s the oldest continuously inhabited Croatian city. It is situated on the Adriatic Sea, at the northwestern part of Ravni Kotari region. Zadar serves as the seat of Zadar County and the wider northern Dalmatian region.

With a half an hour drive visit Zadar and see this mediaeval City with astounding architecture and unique turist atractions such as the Zadar Sea Organ which produces music as the waves come and Monument to the Sun that lights up at night.
